SCAM ALERT I booked tickets to the Musée d'Orsay through My Trip Online, believing I was making a simple one-off purchase. Days later, I was shocked to find a €79 charge for a “subscription” I never knowingly agreed to. There was: No visible mention of a subscription on the checkout page No clear opt-in No reminder email before the charge And only vague post-purchase emails that said nothing about future payments When I contacted the company, they first offered 20%, then 50% back — but still refused a full refund. I later discovered dozens, if not hundreds, of similar reviews, all describing the same tactic. You can report them to: SignalConso – France’s official consumer platform UK ICC (UK International Consumer Centre) The European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net): just search “ECC-Net complaint” to find your local centre Or request a chargeback from your bank due to misleading billing This business relies on confusion, not transparency. Until their practices are fixed, avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE!!!! Tricked me into paying £1 to check in ( which i didn't do in the end as found the airline company website )then took 79 pounds out four days later. contacted the bank who has block the company and refunded me. Just as well as i have received an email today from mytrip online saying they will not refund me as i am out of the free trial period! what free trail period only last 4 days??!! absolute scammers!
