Do not use My Trip Online, issued my fastrack 2 mins before gate closed so impossible to use, no refund and then tried to take £80 from my account without my permission but thankfully my card stopped it, they hide you take membership with them in the small print when you book something with them, proper crooks, “DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY WITH MY TRIP ONLINE.
They did not say that they were signing me up for their 'Premier' service, costing 79 Euros every 3 months. I discovered this when they took the money 4 days later (after their 3-day 'free trial period', apparently, though I would have had to search through all the T&Cs to find this -- nothing was said about large subscriptions on the page I was looking at nor anything about the 3 day trial. I have now cancelled, but they say I am not entitled to a refund. DO NOT USE!!!! They are absolute scammers! I have sent numerous emails to them the first two were acknowledged but now they are not even acknowledging them. I am going to phone them and see if they answer as a last resort. I wish I had seen this £67 pending and I may have been able to cancel through the bank. £67 for absolutely nothing. What a disgrace. Please please do not book anything through this company.
