Escroquerie ! J'ai réglé 79€ pour des tickets pour visite la tour Eiffel, j'ai reçu dans la foulée une confirmation de mon paiement et une indisponibilité des tickets pour le jour et l'heure prévus. J'ai immédiatement demandé par message une annulation de la vente et un remboursement. Réponse OK sauf que je n'ai jamais vu le remboursement. Aujourd'hui, on me dit que j'ai souscrit un abonnement qui ne sera pas remboursé parce que je n'ai pas fait la demande dans une soit disant période d'essai de 3 jours dont je n'ai aucune trace. Manifestement je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas...

SCAM! I paid for a fast track airport pass. Firstly it didn’t work. Second after few days I was charged for a subscription service that was in the disclaimer $100!! Do not use this service!!

My trips fast track passes are not accepted at most airports and a surprise £79 annual subscription will be taken from your account a few days after use. Dont waste your money.

Last Saturday, I purchased a fast track ticket for Luton Airport for 8 pounds. 3 days later, I saw 79 pounds taken from the same card. Turns out, there is small, hidden clause, stating I'm giving consent to 3-month subscription. Communication was only held through their messaging service, of course without any notification. Although they had my email address, never sent me any warning messages about my 'subscription'. Long story short, they scammed my 79 + 8 pounds legally and I want to warn you all, not to purchase anything from this website. Terrible experience.
