If I was given an opportunity to give no stars I would. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they scam you into a subscription of €79 every 3 months which is not communicated at any time throughout using the website, the only time I found this out was when I was contacted by my bank of a suspicious payment, I then for the first time was contacted by my-trip-online and at the bottom of the email in very small writing is where it outlines this subscription. It’s an absolute joke and fraudulent business, I will be taking this further.

Do not use Mytrip.com! I booked flight tickets and had to pay 1 Euro to get the boarding pass. However when paying the one Euro they hustled me, and now charged me with a 3 month subscription of EUR 79 to receive offers from them. I never accepted this and would never accept an EUR 79 subscription to receive offers every 3 months. This is clearly a way to hustle their customers! Stay away from them! Total SCAM!

Scammers. Bought some tickets thru this platform and after some issues with the dates and time i have asked for refund as they didn't mention about unavailability for specific dates. They said its fine for refund(as it was their issue) and next day i find out that they subscribed me for something and tried to deduct from my account money as per subscription. My bank blocked transaction and blocked the card as suspicious transaction. I have mailed them about it. No answer. Don't even register there…..
