TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Worst Pratices. They text you several times to make sure you set up payment and get products, then once you cancel a produce or relay that you are unhappy, THEY KEEP SENDING and sent you an email ONLY hours before they charge you. THEN WON'T REFUND. It is what SO MANY have given account of. IT takes hours and days to get even NOT GOOD SERVICE or Patrons. The Gig Will be up on Musely's no integrity customer poor service. Why not just do better and at least correct even exchange??? They may want to HONESTLY get it together because it does not take long for people to know that eventually, they will do wrong by the patron that chose to trust them. JUST A NO on Customer Service where the SELLER is ALWAYS RIGHT in THEIR own mind.
