Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening

Musley replied and stated I should contact the dermatologist they selected for me. I tried to contact him and they want me to pay for another consultation. Why should I pay for another consultation when the product did not work and they were the ones that told me to contact the dermatologist. They are only concerned about making money and not about the customer. My black/dark spot is still there. The after 4 months of using M+ they switched me to the M+ HQ free and instantly my Melasma came back worse that it was.
Most of my experience has been positive. The dermatologist is wonderful and always follows up quickly, and the medical questionnaire is very thorough so I felt safe. Currently I’m taking the Bloom pill. I tried some of the other skincare formulas but the base gave me acne, so I had to stop. If they produced them in a non-comedogenic base I would definitely try them again! The pharmacy is unimpressive. Twice now they refilled my prescription and it was just sitting at the pharmacy for two whole weeks, no one bothered to actually ship it out until finally I contacted customer service. As a result, I ran out of medication in between deliveries. I’d recommend to keep watch over your shipment progress and don’t wait to say something if they’re not shipping it out after a couple of days once it’s filled.
The website is not user friendly. they change my prescription and I didn't pay attention at the time of refill. they didn't give me any refun and charged extra 10$ doctor's fee to go back tomy orignal formula.
Absolutely amazing results! I started Musely with, honestly, low expectations. I was blows away that after just one month I already could see noticed improvement in my skin. Now 6 months in I have few lines, way less sunspots, less freckles and a tighter face. I will never stop using this product!
I need to give it more time, but a month and a half in, I am seeing no improvement from using the spot cream. Customer service never responds to messages like when I messaged them in the app about the pump not working, but there is a very active community of users who’ve helped out with questions like that.
I loved the process it didn’t work for me but was refunded immediately. The retinol was the best I still enjoy it
For some years I’ve been trying either to treat or make my spots fade. Paid lot of money on expensive treatments with no results. Now amazingly my face looks cleaner I don’t even have to wear makeup. I finally feel happy with my skin.
