So…. On a normal basis I’m a big musclefood fan, so easy and straightforward, takes the hassle out of the food shopping. Unfortunately this order wasn’t great, the chicken thighs had a very pungent smell which still lingers in my freezer over a month later. The chicken thighs had a funky smell from the off, frozen on delivery day but below par on the high standards I usually expect.

I’ve only got 2 packs 200g mince beef no 400g no chicken thighs my box was open and they plastic bag inside was open very disappointing

The driver Eugene was a perfect gentleman and even offered to carry the package for me ( I am disabled) I thanked him for his kind offer and managed to take it inside by myself. The contents did not disappoint either! The meat looks lovely. Well packaged and still very chilled on arrival. Some of the items were slightly short dated for a person living alone but Nothing was within 2 days. I look forward to trying some recipes and I’m sure it will be great tasting. I have asked my son to come round to see the contents for himself as he has a 4 person household and would benefit from using your company. All in all it looks great value for money!!! One tiny issue is that the bbq ribs are an awkward size to fit into my ( large American style freezer) Maybe a squarer more compact pack would be better but this is a comment not a complaint. It will no hardship to eat ribs tonight while watching football. I will give you a full review of the taste etc once I have worked through this mountain of food. Thank you very much- your service is of huge assistance to infirm or disabled customers.

Don't waste your money on buying this rubbish such poor quality meat that smells awful. Stuff missing from box being contradicted by being told I didn't order the box that was sent I ordered a diffrent box Err I took a picture of the order when I ordered it .Chicken rancid .I also added up the hamper value it came to 55.14 but they charge 65.01 my 2 penny hampers values where 6.75 and 15.48 as things where missing mince beef and 1kg of chicken thighs but they said i didn't order this hamper so if I didn't order this hamper why have I got a screenshot of it and it's not on your website any longer ? They offered me a measly £5 voucher off next order .Their having a laugh arnt they didn't address why they charge 65 for 55.00 worth of overpriced meat that I actually compared to Sainsbury's and tescos prices and both came out cheaper or addressed the pungent ammonia smell in the 2.5k chicken that made me gag i instantly knew it was off .As I am a chef by trade so I recognise the smell of putrid chicken .

Not overly impressed by all the meat. The sausage, bacon and chicken were good but I found that I can get better cuts of steak and gammon from my local high street for the same price. So sitting on the fence really as wether I should try again or not.

Courier left parcel at the entry door to 25 flats. Parcel was stolen.

OMG I could not believe the amount of meat that turned up! I have about 48 large chicken breasts (amongst tons of other meat). The freezer is full! This will keep us going for a couple of months…..and then I will order from you again! Recommended to friends and family!

Good value... but must remember next time you promised me a ten pound off. I keep forgetting you owe me. I'd like to say the meat was good value but the sirloin was tough. X but then being a butchers assistant brisket is the only meat for me.

I order a hamper every month I love the meat. This month ive created my own hamper. The only issues I've had is the steak has been very tough but I cooked it in the slow cooker with some butter and to be fair it was very nice. I haven't had any issues with anything else

Muscle food is great, the one started is for dpd their delivery service. They are shocking. Didn't knock my door or ring my ring doorbell, just left the food outside on the doorstep for everyone to see and with the potential for the food to get soiled, especially in the sunshine and the rain showers too. I was home when they delivered, so had it not been for my ring doorbell sending me a notification that someone was moving around outside, I wouldn't have even known they had left it outside. Neighbours were also home and didnt try them either, despite that he could see it was food in the package. I paid £5.99 for a poor delivery service. This is what puts me off reordering. If muscle food change their courier or give options which courier to choose I would award them more stars.

The food arrived well packed and chilled.
