Murcia Holiday Rentals Reviews

Although the apartment was very good we did experience some problems. Firstly. The code given to access the keys was wrong and it took 2 hours standing outside to contact someone to give us the correct code and that was only because we have a relative who lives on the site who was able to track down the owner of the management company. Second. There was no remote to access the underground car park and despite asking for one in person and being promised that the issue would be addressed we never got a response and consequently had to park on the road for the duration of the stay. We did however get a speedy response to a blocked drain.

No hassle, clear communication about the check-inn process and a very clean and well equipped holiday apartment. You can see that this organisation has experience in their business. Special thanks to Georgia for the friendly and clear communication!

Kati Kasmi has gone the extra mile on more than one occasion to help us while we were back in the UK. She helped us track down some parcels we posted to La Torre Golf Resort. Thanks to Kati we found the parcels and all ended well. Kati also went out of her way to provide measurements at our apartment whilst we were back in the UK and were having some work done in our apartment. I can highly recommend the service that Murcia Property Rentals have provided us in the short time that we have engaged with them. It’s very reassuring to know that Kati and her colleagues are so helpful, pleasant and professional at La Torre and that our apartment is in good hands whilst we are back in the UK. Mike and Meril

We had a 5* experience with Murcia Holiday rentals. Their rep Georgia couldnt have been more helpful. She listened to our requests, discussed options and advised us of best fit and value - answered and returned calls and emails in a timely manner. Information re process and villa was accurate. There were no issues - lockbox access worked, villa was clean, welcome gift, deposit returned within days, onsite support excellent. Everyone we dealt with was professional - we will book direct with them again.

Was in la torre golf resort last week and decided to hire an E scooter to roam around the resort to see what was on offer I hired the scooter of Murcia holiday rentals and a friendly guy called Marcus did the paperwork and showed me how the scooter operates and answered all my questions very good service highly recommended many thanks Eddie

We were looked after by Joy on our stay, and she really was the star of the holiday! Joy helped us with many things from sourcing a pushchair after we forgot ours, to booking taxis all over the place. Joy was so fantastic and without her, we would have been lost (quite litreally!). We were left very impressed and felt very looked after. The whole booking process was really smooth and clear and we would strongly recommend Murcia Holiday Rentals.

Great service from Murcia Holiday Rentals - very responsive throughly the booking process and during our stay

Just returned from a fabulous week in Santiago de la Ribera. The villa was spectacular and in a good location for getting around. The booking process was easy and the follow up by staff was reassuring. Damian, our contact in Spain, could not have been more helpful which only enhanced our experience whilst there. Could not recommend this company more highly and would definitely use again.

Très bonne expérience

Excellent service end to end. Will be booking again soon. Communication was on point!

Villa was clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Pool was a good size and garden quite private. The only criticism would be the BBQ. Very small.

From booking to the end of our stay Murcia Holidays were very prompt in dealing with any of our queries. The apartment was exactly as advertised and we had a wonderful holiday and booking experience. I can highly recommend using Murcia Holidays and will be booking with them in the future.

Marcus and the team provide an excellent service and are available to help should you need it. They provide nice touches on check and when we arrived there was wine and fizz on the table.

I can’t say enough great things about Murcia Holiday Rentals and particularly Marcus. When we first bought our unit we knew we wanted to rent it but were unsure how to do that. Fortunately, someone recommended them to us and it’s been a great and profitable experience for us ever since. Marcus explained everything to us about the process with great detail and accuracy and was always available via phone or email for any clarifications. The company provides important and useful tips and information about how to make the experience better for both renters and owners on an ongoing basis. They are always very prompt in replies to any inquiries and keep us fully informed in a timely manner about renters. They are very knowledgeable about the market and make the experience very personal and tailor it to our needs. I highly recommend Murcia Holiday Rentals, they are a reputable and experienced company with individuals who go out of their way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Navigating the process of renting a unit in Spain as a Canadian owner could be daunting but honestly they make it simple, straightforward and profitable as well as very personalized.

Great experience from start to finish, the Villa that we booked direct with Murcia Holiday Rental was cheaper than other search sites and would recommend booking direct, had a query when booked and spoke to someone straight away who was very helpful

We are renters and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the service we have received from Marcus and all his team at Murcia Holiday Rentals. They have been extremely efficient, helpful and professional. Cannot fault them in any way and will definitely be booking through them again.

We have rented our holiday home out through Murcia Holiday Rentals for some time now and have always found them an excellent company to deal with. Their communication with us has always been good and Marcus is always on hand to answer any queries that we have, which is great because we don’t live in the same country. We would not hesitate to recommend Murcia Holiday Rentals, they’re first class.

From initially meeting Marcus and his team we have found Murcia Holiday Rentals to provide a very good level of service. Realistic and competitive rental forecasts and with the added piece of mind of attracting the right client bass that we wish for. Prompt responses when we have required clarification over any matter and most importantly piece of mind that our property is in good safe reliable hands. It's a no brainer trust in Murcia Holiday Rentals and you can have piece of mind that you have signed up with the right company.

We have been using Murcia Rentals as our letting agent for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them. Marcus and the team clearly understand the market very well, providing a professional and reliable service that benefits both owners and customers alike. They worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic, identifying alternative ways of attracting clients and also maintaining an income for owners. Great service Murcia Rentals!
