Murcia Holiday Rentals Reviews

Marcus and the team at Murcia Holiday Rentals provide a very personal service, I know I can trust them to provide quality renters and keep me up to date on bookings, changes, payment etc. I have used them for a couple of years now having had no bookings with a previous agent. It's a ten out ten from me.

I would strongly recommend Murcia holiday rentals as they have been letting out my holiday home in Murcia. They have helped me with every aspect off my venture.

I started using Murcia Holiday Rentals this year, after purchasing an apartment in Mar Menor and found the service provided by Murcia Holiday Rentals (MHR) to be excellent; very professional, curteous and knowledgeable about the area, the market and what the current situation was. It has been a difficult year for letting property, due to the continuing Covid-19 situation, but MHR had there finger on the pulse of the market at all times. I am currently buying a second apartment in Mar Menor and will continue to use the services of MHR. I thoroughly recommend them.

I have found the team very helpful, professional and always keep me informed regarding my apartment rentals and am very happy to recommend and continue to use them.

The set up for renting my apartment out went very quick and smoothly. All very clear!

We rent our property on La Torre golf resort through Murcia Holiday Rentals. Our experience with the team has been excellent. Easy to set up, good rentals and most importantly, swift payment. The team have always been available to answer any questions and have kept the renting experience stress free for us. 👍🏼

Murcia Holiday Rentals is a nice organisation. Their commitment and their attention to the rental of my villa is excellent.

As owners we have been using Murcia Holiday Rentals for the past 20 months and we are extremely happy with the service we have received from them. They and their partners go to great lengths to provide a service for our bookings and clients. We would thoroughly recommend Murcia Holiday Rentals, John and Jean Nulty Ireland

Many thanks to Marcus and the team at MHR for looking after our villa during a very busy and also extremely difficult time after the flooding on the resort. We enjoyed a few days there last week and you wouldn’t know that anything had happened. Well done everyone 👏👏👏

I am an owner and have been with them for a year and my honest opinion is that they are professional and understand the area and what is needed in the rental market. Payment is always on time into your bank account with out any trouble taking any hassle out for the owner.

As a property owner on La Torre and a preferred partner of Murcia Holiday Rentals my experience of MHR has been that they have always displayed both professionalism and an exceptionally caring service to all of their clientele. I would highly recommend their services Martin

We’ve used Marcus and his team for 2 years now since we brought on la Torre , not only has he gone out of his way to help us rent our our property but also we’ve been with him on his boat trips ( of which are fabulous!). During the 2 years he’s always gone the extra mile and been on the ball from start to finish . Can’t recommend Murcia holiday rentals enough ...

We have been using Murcia Holiday Rentals since the beginning of 2019, recommended by our Property Managers Villa Solera. We have been impressed with the enthusiasm and professional attitude of Marcus and his team. The website, contact and feedback we have received has been second to none. We have invested a lot on money and time into our property and we needed to work with people who we could trust to look after and rent our apartment. We feel completely at ease leaving the rental of our property in the hands of Murcia Holiday Rentals.

Would thoroughly recommend using Marcus and his family to assist you with your holiday rental at La Torre. The villa we stayed in this year was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing break. We were able to make ourselves feel right at home thanks to the friendly key holder making contact as soon as we landed in Spain. It was so reassuring to have her mobile number so we could keep in touch if necessary. We were delighted with our villa which was clean, modern and more than comfortable for our family of 5. We had no problems with our rental and any queries we had before and during our stay were answered promptly by the rental company. Will definitely recommend and use when we visit next time..

My friends and I stayed at La Torre Golf Resort for the 2nd week of July this year, we decided to book through Murcia Holiday Rentals for the first time. Having been to La Torre on several occasions over the years I have stayed at many villas and had a variety of experiences with property owners. However my contact Marcus Glover was fantastic from minute one, always quick to respond to questions over email and happy to help in any way possible even before booking.....a refreshing change. We decided on a 3 bed villa with a private pool just a stones throw from the clubhouse, supermarket and the town centre which having been before we knew would be prime location. The villa had been recently refurbed and was spotless with everything you would need including aircon, wifi, tvs and all the amenities of home. We stayed for a week with 7 grown men and at no point did we ever feel crammed in, a really good sized family villa. The resort itself is a stunning gated community of properties immaculately kept surrounding a fantastic 18 hole golf course with a well stocked and cheap supermarket. There is a town centre with bars and restaurants just a 3 minute stroll from the Villa with tennis courts available for use, and 18 communal pools but we found the villa pool just perfect. Outside the resort you will find plenty of places to eat and drink in the local towns especially if you nip out of the back gate into Roldan....a fab little Spanish town, and the beach is only a 10 minute drive away. Upon booking I was asked by Marcus how I intended go get around during our stay, I explained that we usually rent a van from the airport at a huge cost. Marcus told me there was no need to on this occasion as he would be supplying van with the villa free of charge for our use for the whole week, furthermore it would be waiting at the airport for when we landed, unbelievable!! I cant thanks Murcia holiday Rentals enough, when you are arranging a trip for 7 lads they seems to pick holes in everything but this year was as smooth as it comes. So much so we reserved our dates for next year before we arrived home. Thanks again and role on next year.

Fantastic holiday from start to finish. We didn't arrive until late on the Friday night but some beers and water had been left for us in the fridge. Marcus was brilliant in supplying us information, we had a great holiday. Marcus let us have a late check out as our flight wasn't until the evening which really helped us as we have a two year old. Thanks Marcus and your team, would highly recommend and will use again

House is very Nice ! We are like at home , Marcus makes do everything for customers ! We will be back

Stayed in May at the lovely villa in Murcia run by Marcus. He was quick to answer my queries and assist. Thoroughly recommend them.

Great service. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had my 3 bed villa with Murcia holiday rentals since June 2017 . Marcus and his team have provided an excellent service bringing in plenty of good priced rentals throughout the year . The email reminders for bookings as well as the liaising with my key holders has also been excellent . I find it reassuring that they are based on La Torre enabling them to keep a close eye on the rental market . I would highly recommend .
