Although the apartment was very good we did experience some problems. Firstly. The code given to access the keys was wrong and it took 2 hours standing outside to contact someone to give us the correct code and that was only because we have a relative who lives on the site who was able to track down the owner of the management company. Second. There was no remote to access the underground car park and despite asking for one in person and being promised that the issue would be addressed we never got a response and consequently had to park on the road for the duration of the stay. We did however get a speedy response to a blocked drain.
