I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Best option for temporary internet

They saved me as I wouldn’t have internet at home and had to work. Came on time - easy to extend and after I sent the device back on time and after several days got my refund. One last thing the internet speed was good and had no issues with it. Best choice for whoever needs internet temporarily.

Great service, bad wifi

The purchase was quick and easy, the delivery was on time, though the parcel had been opened, and the WiFi setup was very simple. The returns process was also quick and easy, and free, which is always nice. The WiFi itself wasn't very good though. We bought this WiFi as we had moved house and my husband works from home, but our usual provider couldn't set up the WiFi until about a week after we'd moved into the house. The WiFi was so bad that my husband couldn't work from home anyway and had to go to a local WiFi cafe instead, which wasn't easy for his meetings!

Absolute lifesaver! We moved house and there was a delay in setting up our Internet. This was a brilliant option for the week and meant we all remained online. Easy to use and great service.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service! Used temporarily when I moved house, device arrived on time, so easy to set up and use and signal was really good! Easy returns process, would 100% recommend and would use again if needed :)

Easy to use when between contracts.

Easy to use when between contracts. The only downside is it uses mobile network. The Henley regatta was on in my town, so the mobile network was overloaded at times during the day. This affected the service. Apart from that, very easy to use.

Will definitely use for every move!

Really quick to arrange and the WiFi kept me working from home for two weeks while our permanent Internet was being sorted. As is often the case, the Internet company messed around and delayed our activation date a few times, so being able to extend the hire period with a quick email to MovingInternet was really really helpful during a stressful time. The deposit came back really quickly as well. No notes!

Time I will never get back

The internet service was so bad that it couldn’t register on a speed test kept trying for a couple of weeks but no good I wasted hours trying to contact the non existent customer service I frustrated called another company located in the same building to see if they new if MI were still in business Eventually gave up and returned the equipment Top tip if you are going to try MI pay for the minimum and see if it works for you I paid for two months thinking NOTTING HILL would be ok try calling customer support before you commit would be my advice moving internet are probably not made aware of any issues because there are no staff to answer the phone
