Time I will never get back
The internet service was so bad that it couldn’t register on a speed test kept trying for a couple of weeks but no good I wasted hours trying to contact the non existent customer service I frustrated called another company located in the same building to see if they new if MI were still in business Eventually gave up and returned the equipment Top tip if you are going to try MI pay for the minimum and see if it works for you I paid for two months thinking NOTTING HILL would be ok try calling customer support before you commit would be my advice moving internet are probably not made aware of any issues because there are no staff to answer the phone
