Great service!
I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Password provided was incorrect, no response from company for five days, refund refused.
We had a really bad experience with this company. They sent us the wrong password for our internet box so we were unable to access the internet. We emailed them (the only method of contact they offer) on the Thursday, they didn't respond till Monday. They didn't look at the screen shots we sent them, they didn't read the emails we sent them. They just sent us the same form response, making it clear they had not read or looked at anything. Refused to fully refund us despite their service being unusable (as they provided the wrong password). We had to spend a lot of money paying for an alternative internet service. They did not apologise in anyway. The customer service was really bad, considering they made such a basic mistake and then ignored us for six days of our so called hire, a simple 'sorry' would have gone a long way.

Fantastic Solution for Temporary Internet
Fantastic solution to the awkward wait of transferring over internet services during a house move. The hub was ordered the day before we needed it and arrived quickly. The box was so easy to install and provided instant strong internet. Communication from the company was excellent- very clear and easy to understand.

Excellent service and worked well so daughter and son-in-law could come on family holiday whilst working from home for the remainder of their week! Can recommend not just for moving home but for holidays where location has no wifi built in!!

Generally good as a stop gap solution
Positive: equipment arrived on time and really easy to get set up and use. Excellent speed for streaming services even with multiple devices using it. Negative: Not fast enough if you need it to work from home and have many Teams video calls and opening large files from remote server.
