Password provided was incorrect, no response from company for five days, refund refused.
We had a really bad experience with this company. They sent us the wrong password for our internet box so we were unable to access the internet. We emailed them (the only method of contact they offer) on the Thursday, they didn't respond till Monday. They didn't look at the screen shots we sent them, they didn't read the emails we sent them. They just sent us the same form response, making it clear they had not read or looked at anything. Refused to fully refund us despite their service being unusable (as they provided the wrong password). We had to spend a lot of money paying for an alternative internet service. They did not apologise in anyway. The customer service was really bad, considering they made such a basic mistake and then ignored us for six days of our so called hire, a simple 'sorry' would have gone a long way.
