Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

I used Moving Internet to cover a week as I was waiting for my permanent internet to be installed. I can honestly say it was brilliant. I received the package, plugged it in and that was it. Instructions were simple to follow and we connected all the devices to it. I would definitely recommend this company the delivery service was efficient and it was really simple to send back. Great experience overall

Having recently moved house with a significant delay in our new broadband being installed, moving internet to the rescue! It was very straightforward and easy to extend the hire and the return prepaid and easy too. The only negative is that it is quite costly especially if you need it for a few weeks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor customer service, device did not work as advertised even slightly. Poor connection on mobile, NO connection on larger devices. Nothing but excuses (which you just have to take their word for) about why there was a problem. Could not connect even 4 devices as it would fail. Using same provider (EE) on EE's own 4GEE device, I paid LESS for two weeks worth of data AND I get to keep the device! AVOID AVOID AVOID this absolute scam of an organisation. Edit after response: The masts were not the problem, as mentioned; EE devices worked absolutely fine throughout the area. Do not trust this company.

Moving Internet response is purely a continuation of their dissembling. There is not, nor was not, any interference to our local internet, my home internet provision is the same perfectly adequate service as normal. What’s more, the device wasn’t to be used at my home, it was to be used at a different location where there is no router to provide a service. Ultimately I achieved a signal via my iPhone Hotspot and, connected via an AppleMac, presented the Coronation ceremony to our village audience as planned. Their cancellation and response is an attempt to justify their sister company’s (Wifi-Hire UK) failure to even attempt a delivery in the manner described in their advertising! Untrustworthy charlatans (note I have deliberately not used the word liars)! Original review below. These people are dishonest! They cancelled my order after I had given their (unbeknownst to me at the time) sister company (Wi-Fi Hire uk) a bad review as they failed to deliver my order. Moving Internet then subsequently also cancelled my order, giving a complete untruth as a reason, when they realised who I was. And then, of course, I realised who they were. Absolute zero for customer service and I’d have given no stars if that had been an option.
