Great service!
I recently used while moving house to ensure my autistic child could still use his iPad during the transition, it worked wonders! Just plugged it in and it worked immediately, fairly priced too. Couldn't rate it more really

Great service, efficient and fast.
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WiFi connection is horrible. Delivery was delayed by royal mail and refused to modify the order. Once the WiFi finally arrived. The connection was super bad sometimes I have to keep using my own data!

Very fast response time
Very fast response time, received router early due to bank holiday weekend. Easy setup. Return label included, so very easy to return also! Worked great, although did suffer a few drop outs, but I believe this to be partially due to living in a flat and finding a good position (?) The only slight annoyance (and I realise this may seem pretty) was that the router did not come with a stand! So kept falling over! - This may also be a good reason for the drop outs?!? I would definitely recommend to anyone and would not hesitate to use this service again π Thank you!

Amazing service
Amazing service - box was there within 24 hours. We had cancelled our internet with BT too soon and this was an absolute lifesaver!! Highly recommend and so simple to plug in and use.

Ok, but not great temporary internet
The hub arrived on time and was really easy to set up. However, the internet was not particularly strong which was a bit disappointing as it was advertised as being able to handle several devices / streaming etc which it didnβt. Given this I wouldnβt say the product is good value for money, there were often times when we would give up trying the internet and just switch to our phoneβs data because it was so slow or completely unresponsive. The deposit was returned to us fairly promptly after returning the hub.

So easy...
This was a really helpful thing to have while waiting two months for Vodafone to get my internet working. Moving Internet was incredibly easy, they send the modem, you plug it in and boom, it works. So easy. If only all internet was this simple. The deposit was returned within a few days. I would highly recommend them, a bit pricey, but then again, it works so it's worth it.

Honestly I was not expecting it to be as good as it was!! Really helpful customer service and support- connection to the internet was really good. Our broadband provider was really slow in setting us up so moving internet literally saved us and allowed work from home! Thank you!
