If I could give zero stars I would. Poor customer service, device did not work as advertised even slightly. Poor connection on mobile, NO connection on larger devices. Nothing but excuses (which you just have to take their word for) about why there was a problem. Could not connect even 4 devices as it would fail. Using same provider (EE) on EE's own 4GEE device, I paid LESS for two weeks worth of data AND I get to keep the device! AVOID AVOID AVOID this absolute scam of an organisation. Edit after response: The masts were not the problem, as mentioned; EE devices worked absolutely fine throughout the area. Do not trust this company.
