Die Firma Mouser Electronics hat mir Geräte geschickt die gar nicht hätten in die EU bzw. nach Deutschland hätten eingeführt werden dürfen (fehlendes CE Zeichen, 900 MHz Funkfrequenz). Am 14.3.25 habe ich per E-Mail meinen Widerruf erklärt und am 18.3.25 über die Webseite eine Rückgabe angefragt, alles wurde gekonnt von der Firma Mouser Electronics ignoriert. Nun habe ich den Klarna Käuferschutz eingeschaltet, mal sehen ob das fruchtet, sonst müssen Juristische Schritte eingeleitet werden.

Como muchas empresas, mientras todo ba bien, perfecto, pero no cometas un error en una referencia, en ese momento acabas de meter la pata hasta el fondo, pongo mi ejemplo , un tubo de resistencias, con un precio alto. cometí un error en un 0. hasta aquí bien. Pides un RMA y los datos para la devolución, el envío ya solo son 400€ y cruzar los dedos que acepten el material. Sale más económico ir en persona a USA y devolver el paquete. En resumen, no tienen servicio alguno para solucionar este tipo de problemas, lo único que tienen bien montado es la venta, los problemas los absorbes tu al 100%

Ordering is always a pleasure, BUT I really dislike your packaging of late. The boxes with tear-off lids are not only a pain to open, but near impossible to re-use. Bags stapled together rip fingers open. Bags within bags within bags is wasteful.
