I recently started a small audio repair business and needed to add tax exempt purchasing to Mouser orders. I spoke with very nice, cordial, and helpful women today in the process of getting things in order. Clearly, I was the impediment to progress and they were all as patient and understanding as they could be. (I used to run a 9-1-1 center and know how people 'can be' and these gals did a great job!) I am very angry that all of my projects are missing. One of my reason to buy from Mouser is the many project list of parts built over many years. Now you erased all of them???? Please explain.

If you are not in US, simply don't order from mouser. My order has been stuck in the export review for days, and they are not responding to the emails.

The freaking system cannot understand that a customer wishes to update his shipping and billing addresses. I went through the cycle several times cancelling old addresses and entering new ones. And despite the confirmations of change it still displays the old addresses that are not valid anymore since I moved to a different state many years ago.

We all suffers because of these tariffs. I understand that they most likely do pass down to the customers, but can we at least split the cost of these stupid tariffs? to help both of us.

It’s alright. Delivery was a bit slow and the tracking system was glitchy. The product works fine though, just not the smoothest experience.
