I'll essentially continue using Digikey, Farnell, RS but will not longer be using Mouser Electronics. I had used Mouser in the past when purchasing items for the companies I worked for. When I decided to purchase a few items for a hobby project that I was working on, the item was not delivered to the address. The parcel was received by a different person with a different name than mine and Mouser did not want to be accountable (when they are the ones choosing the courier and the recipient is clearly a different name from any of the people living in the house). They were not interested in trying to solve this nor providing any steps. They already had the money, so couldn't care less along with the courier. I ended up losing the money on the purchase and no items received altogether...

Je suis client professionnel Français et c'est une excellente entreprise pour la fourniture de composants électroniques, énorme choix, vente a l'unitée (économique pour les prototypes), site performant (un des rares sites ou les filtres correspondent a mes besoins et réduisent mes temps de recherches), tarif souvent inférieur, franco de port a 50€, livraison en 48heures. Petit a petit je me détourne des fournisseurs européens/français qui hélas performant a une époque sont devenus inexorablement obsolètes.

After many years of purchasing with mouser they decided to black list my company for no reason just “HIGH RISK after due diligence” and will refuse to tell me why. After many back and fourth conversations I was able to get ahold of someone that said to contact the (BIS) Bureau of Industry and Security. We were told that we aren’t on any government list and I searched the consolidated list and could not find my company on any list myself. I’m very disappointed that mouser would do this to a small business American company. Looks like we will have to purchase only through their competitors now as they’ve thrown out a loyal customer for no reason.
Mouser use to have correct pictures of components and the correct data sheets. I guess you hired a bunch of English Majors that are not able to look up the correct information of what you sell. Wish you would get back to the way you were about 5 years ago. At least 95% of your product information was correct. Now it is about 65% wrong.
I had a wonderful call with Jamie who helped me understand the costs of the purchase, as well as shipping information. One thing I was disappointed about was that the tariff cost isn't included in the cost of the part. I would have been happy to pay slightly more for the parts and never know that a tariff cost was included in it, but seeing that cost broken out as a separate additional line item annoyed me. Better service includes ALL costs in the original listing price, including tariffs. Otherwise, the ordering process was simple and straightforward.
I rebuild and listen to high voltage vintage audio gear. I love the incredible variety of your inventory. The service is very good, also.

I'm a hobbyist and I don't buy a lot of of electronic parts. Perhaps my opinion will be of some benefit. The search engine works reasonably well, considering the hundreds of thousands of parts that Mouser stocks. I really like the project feature. It helps me plan orders. I have been buying most of my components from Asian companies. However, I now plan to buy mostly from Mouser because I can be confident that I am getting genuine parts. I first ordered from Mouser 30 years ago. Mouser always has consistently shipped orders as promised and there never have been any errors in the shipments. The components that are static electricity sensitive are packaged in anti-static packaging. My hobby requires some parts that Mouser doesn't carry. Otherwise, Mouser will be where I look first for electronic components.
Great company to deal with by far. Always takes care of me and are for the small company.
Selection of Kingbright LED's are subpar. I had to get them from Digi-Key. Search filters for products is also inferior. Take a lesson from Digi-Key.
Mature website; nice. Thanks for telling me about the tariffs albeit I don't like it; perhaps we can split it. Mouser pays half and end user pays half. In the future, I'll alter my orders based on tariffs...

Why are you charging "tariff" fees on items you already have in stock and there has not been a tariff levied at this time? You're going to send me to DigiKey with your money grab.
