Sort of worked but too expensive to take regularly
Always difficult to quantify if these products work or not. I feel I had more success with the day tablets, with elevated concentration and more energy. The sleep ones were interesting, in that I felt I slept deeper, but did not fall asleep any quicker, and if anything on occasion took longer. The thing i cannot get my head round is that they recommend we take night and day tablets, which cost £25 a month each. Anybody who has £50 a month to blow on these tablets is either rich or mad. But not me, I couldn't justify it or afford it.
