More focused in the morning
Skeptical about trying sleeping products but gave this a go after watching Tony Riddle (@naturallifestyist) run the length of the UK barefoot. As part of his sleep/recovery routine he highly recommended it so gave it a go. And after trying... Well, I'm really pleased with the results. What I noticed most was I was less fuzzy in the mornings and more focused from the get go. I did not feel the need for my morning coffee, instead I was having a coffee around mid morning, much later than I have been doing. Give it a go peeps.
