Disappointed
Bought Unplug & Power Up and have noticed absolutely no change. An expensive Disappointment. After reading others reviews they mostly seemed positive, and really hoped it would help.

Unplug really seems to help with sleep quality, I’m finding that even if I have a short sleep (5-6hrs) I wake feeling like I’ve had a good, deep, sleep and ready for the day ahead!

I’ve been taking 2 capsules every night…
I’ve been taking 2 capsules every night for 2 weeks and not noticed any difference in sleep, which after reading good reviews I am pretty disappointed about

Overall, great product!
Felt a bit groggy throughout the following morning/early afternoon. Woke up a couple times during the night. Very easy on the stomach and no adverse side affects noted. This is much better than the average sleeping pills due to being natural and not synthetic. It did help me as an insomniac to get a pretty good night's sleep but it's not a long term solution due to the next day groggyness. I may combine with the day nootropic and update my review.
