I've purchased both the Unplug and Power Up, of which I take one capsule daily, instead of the recommended two. I'm not sure about the effects of the Power Up, but perhaps my energy levels stay a bit more balanced, rather than having the midmorning and afternoon caffeine crashes I normally get. However, the Unplug makes me sleep like a baby all night, without waking up or stirring like I sometimes do. It helps me keep a more consistent sleeping pattern since it makes me sleepy around the same time every night and helps me wake up around the same time every morning. Great product, but unfortunately on the expensive side.

Great service and excellent product

I was surprised the Unplugged does seem to work. I say surprised because most things do not. Unplugged does not put you to sleep, it does not seem to make me sleepy, but come bed time I do seem drift off more easily, than without taking them. Leaves me slightly “fuzzy” if I wake early, but otherwise I do end up better sleep. I find best results taking the capsules an hour before bed time. At the moment unsure I notice any difference with “power up” but only used it 3 or 4 times so far. James

It is easy to give good service when everything goes well. In this case there a problem with my order but it was resolved immediately and pleasantly. Full marks.

The unplug and power up duo ,especially the former are nothing short of miraculous, im a total sceptic re everything and was dubious but figured that sll the reviews could not be wrong and also worst case scenario id lose a small amount f cash,best id be free of the disturbed sleep patern thats plagued me dince i stopped working after 30 odc years of shift work in the NHS . I now sleep less houts oversll,but the sleep is continuous, sometimes i wske briefly but go right back to sleep,previously i woke every 2 hours until about 5am then id fall into a deeper vivid dream phase and wake up feeling tired and disorientated. Id recommend the products highly and sm on my second order now

Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. No difference in capability to fall asleep or quality of the sleep. I assume no product fits to everyone

Unplug has really improved my sleep. I fall asleep easily and I see more vivid dreams! I used to see bad dreams alot and experienced sleep paralizes constantly. Now they're all gone. Thank you❤️

Perfect combo under one roof. I ordered another batch of my proteins and nootropics. Considering my workload and study schedule on the top of that I need my mind to be 200% "on" during the day and "off" during the night. Mainly before exams I get really stressed and I need that helping hand to concentrate better and fall asleep and get good quality sleep. The unplug is a God sent I use it every night together with spicy chocolate smoothie/ ice cream (using frozen bananas and hazelnut milk). I wake up very fresh and do fall asleep much faster. Also I do feel rested. Now all my proteins comes as individual sachets so good bye scales and hello handy quick preparation. Also I took these with me to work and on holidays so its good way of staying on track with healthy eating (-ish :-) ). I still need to get my timings right with my regular delivery as at the moment I order in bulk once a while but needless to say despite current situation I get my package within couple of days.

Really good protein! When I read 'no added sugar' I feared there'd be sweetener or something around those lines but it's genuine, all peanut! Best vegan protein I've ever taken!

I emailed with a query and they responded really quickly with a link to what I needed. I ordered the product and it arrived the next day in brilliant, eco friendly packaging. Very impressed.

Didn’t help me sleep any better than not taking them, expensive waste of money.

I've been buying Motion nutrition for over 4 years now, I've never been disappointed. It's a very trustful brand. I am using daily during my early gym the " Energise " and really wake's up my body and the "un-plug" for the evening offers me some great sleep. Great that the products are so pure and sustainable !

It took about 4 days for them to start working but now I am definitely sleeping better and for longer 👍
