NEVER buy from these cowboys. Bought a scooter that became faulty, sent it away to their βrepairsβ place and theyβve held it for over 3 months little to no communication. Absolutely shocking.

The price just about Β£300.
Delivery time 2 days.
The steering column was crushed at the top making attaching the handlebars impossible without some filling, lubricant, vice clamp and brute force. One of the break cables was damaged. Five screws are missing from the steering column. Finally the advertised range is 30 miles, but it's actually 15 miles at best.
It was advised as used condition with cosmetic scuffs and marks but refurbished. This scooter was definitely not serviced or refurbished. All they have done is reset the milage counter to zero. It will be interesting to see how long the battery lasts before it needs to be replaced.
Absolute awful company it's now got to a point where I'm having to go to the small claims court for my sons money back.
They ignore my phone calls & keep lying to me via emails. Despite their T&S and the consumer rights.
Be a video on YouTube next few days called "the worst customer service I've ever had, in the hands of moovelectic" keep an eye out for it π
We got the aprillia E scooter in June 2024, the motor went on it and it was sent back by the end of Aug. It was assessed and was told it needed a part. To cut a long and stressful situation short, after I contacted Moov weekly to find out what was going on they had no answers for me, told me I needed to wait until a month had gone by before they could escalate it. The month arrived, I contacted Moov again and they escalated it. AGAIN I heard nothing and AGAIN I contacted them about an update, AGAIN they could not give me an answer. I then got given a number for the repair place called Aprillia Smart Movement, I was informed that the part was the wheel and a motor and that they had no ETA, I asked them to call me back the week after with an update, THEY DIDNT! . I called them the customer service here is the WORST i have ever come across, I have 5 emails each that I have received over the last 2 months, because I have called them and told them to send me what they had said in writing. Each of the emails starts with " PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGIES THAT WE HAVEN'T BEEN IN CONTACT WITH YOU " 5 EMAILS!!!!!!!
The last email I requested from that was on 26th Nov ( 3 months after they received the scooter for repair) they informed me that they would be in touch with an update. GUESS WHAT THEY DIDNT! I have given the company opportunities to repair this product or supply a replacement over the past 3 months unfortunately I have lost all confidence in the product and company. So I called them today and firstly before the customer service lady asked my name she informed me that she couldn't help me, even though I had spoken to her last month about it. I asked her for the manger, she then told me she could help and look into the case, she passed me onto the manager. He told me he didn't have an update and would call me back in a week, I said he wouldn't as I have at least 5 Emails that prove this, I told the company that I wanted my money back they have had the scooter longer than we have! I told them they had two hours to get this arranged, GUESS WHAT NO ONE CALLED. I called them and apparently the manager was not at his desk ! And here we are now !!!!!! I HAVE A DAUGHTER WITH NO SCOOTER !
To sum this up WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, RUDE, FULL OF PROMISE AND DELIVER NOTHING. BE WARNED YOU WILL HEAR NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY
