Monster Tree Service Reviews

They completed the work quickly which was good, but it felt a bit rushed. One of the workers seemed inexperienced and needed guidance from the supervisor. The end result was acceptable but could have been better with more attention to detail.

These guys completely removed three old stumps that other companies said were too difficult. Left my yard looking perfect and ready for new landscaping. Impressed with their specialized equipment and expertise.

Their arborist provided a detailed evaluation of my older trees and recommended specific treatments. Very knowledgeable about tree diseases and proper care techniques. The follow-up pruning work was expertly done.

The actual tree work was excellent - they trimmed my maple trees beautifully and the cleanup was thorough. Only complaint is that they were about 2 hours late without calling ahead. Otherwise very satisfied with the results.

Used them twice now for different properties. Both times they showed up on schedule, provided accurate estimates, and delivered quality work. Their crew is respectful and takes care not to damage surrounding property.

They did a nice job pruning my fruit trees and removing some dead branches. Work quality was solid and they were careful around my garden. However, the price was higher than other quotes I received. Service was good but not exceptional for the cost.

The tree removal was completed safely and they hauled everything away. My concern is that they seemed to cut corners on safety protocols - not all workers were wearing proper gear. The job got done but I worry about their practices.

Had three large oak trees removed from my backyard. The crew was punctual, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything perfectly. Pricing was fair and they protected my landscaping during the process. Would definitely use them again.

Needed to remove a massive pine tree near power lines. Monster Tree Service handled it flawlessly with proper permits and utility coordination. Their crane operator was skilled and the whole process was smooth and safe.

From the initial consultation to project completion, their communication was excellent. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The tree trimming results exceeded my expectations.

The tree removal went well and the main crew was professional. However, they left some smaller debris scattered around that I had to clean up myself. For the price I paid, I expected more thorough cleanup.

Called them after a storm damaged a large branch hanging over my roof. They came out the same day and safely removed it. Professional team with proper equipment.
