So bad!
Had to keep calling back 3 times and called # number 3 times you didn't let T-Mobile know that you wouldn't let the phone go. The person from att told T-Mobile that it was going to take 24 to 48 hours to let it go. It's just sad that we had to pay for you to let go of my paid for phone after you charged us over $3000.00 for phones and tablets that was mailed in. Also not using my trade in for my phone and charging $1200 (full price) when it was to be $400.00 Att should get it together. Over the years cost was way too much just sad.
