End up costing more but it is a easier process then dealing with telstra i spent hours trying to unlock my 2nd telstra phone.The time frame they give isnt correct mine took nearly 4 weeks to unlock.In saying that they do keep your updated about the process and being able to see the progress is great.i didn't see anywhere about it costing more then shown $29, needed another $80 but iam here doing it again for my 2nd phone.will definitely recommend to other but they should state it costs more
