Steer clear - Misleading ad - significant hidden costs!

I'm in Ireland. I fell for the sponsored ad from mobileunlocked.com that came up first in my search. It said "Follow these 3 easy steps" "Mobile unlocked - €23" "Online IMEI Check". So I put my phone details in, paid the €23, and then read the trustpilot reviews. Sure enough, 2 days later I have received the never-before-mentioned request to pay €57 further to proceed with process. No way. Would they actually unlock my phone for a total cost of €80? Who knows? They're not getting another cent from me. It's a scam to advertise "Mobile unlocked - €23" when the charge is €80. This company should be shut down for fraud.

Be aware - the unlock can take up to 30 days

What they don't mention up front is the unlock can take up to 30 days & they won't refund before that time is up. I expected an hour or two wait based on the advertising material. My unlock has been sitting at 20% for over 24 hours.

Be aware.It s a SCAM

Be aware. Actually, I was stupid I paid $24 to unlock my phone whereas my carrier should have done it for free as I meet their requirements. So paid this scam mobile unlocked $24 then they still don't unlock my phone because they want another $84 Thieves, pathetic, go get a job for yourselves instead of ripping off people.
