Site is misleading
Site is misleading, save your money and just go to your carrier. You’d expect from this web site to be completed very fast, but after 24 hrs after the first payment they say congratulations your phone is ready to be unlocked and you must pay circa 70 euros more and that’s when the time appears to stall. Don’t remember seeing anything to say it could be up to 30 days, buts that’s what their policy is if you want to cancel. Not before 30 days.
