Was involved in a crash yesterday where a driver drove into the back of me. Insurance company have been great and referred me to Minster Law. I had the delight of speaking with Shannon H to initiate proceedings. Shannon had a really good telephone manner, took time to understand the events and finer details, professional throughout and explained things clearly. my questions were answered on the spot and next steps explained. Whilst this review is early into the process, I am pleased of the experience so far.

They never did anything for me except a lovely lovely lady called Daisy. She kept me in the loop, answered my emails, chased other departments, and if it wasn't for her would probably still be going. i had a motorbike accident, in January 2024,The driver took responsibility and was charged by police and given points for reckless driving. somehow, its now June 2025 and i am still nowhere near a settlement. the company minster have organising medical/physio aid, Medicall i think their names are. are atrocious. they organise things 3 hour journeys away from your home town. take months to sort anything and at minster i have been passed from case handler to case handler, i think i am on my 3rd. i signed an agreement in December 2024 to say fine i`d settle, they called me and told me i would get more an advised not to settle. to reconsider. so i did. now nearly 7 months later. no settlement. The app is okay. you upload information to it and it rarely updates with any info in regards to your case. You call and never ever get through and you email then wait a week for a 1 sentence response from someone. ive had to provide my details , time and time again. to every person ive spoken to they never pass any of it on. I went to see their medical professional or whatever he calls himself in September 2024, by looking at my foot and having me walk around for 2 minutes. it would be fine by February. which he went back and reported. its June 18th 2025 and my foot still hurts it hurts daily, yes its got better in time but its nowhere near back to normal. apparently hes a specialist, i have another word to describe him frankly. ive been reguarly left frustrated, ignored and confused by the treatment and professionalism of this company. i only got represented by them due to my insurance broker having them as the chosen company. personally, id not recommend them, id certainly check with any future insurance with personal injury coverage and see if they use them then id avoid them like the plague. Reading reviews on other sites, they have a terrible reputation. i dont see or understand how they have such a high rating on trustpilot. something is a miss. id do soem serious research and look for the most viable candidate for yourself if you wish to be truly represented.
My details were forwarded by my insurance company to Minster Law after a motorcycle accident last year, I was assigned the Serious Injury Fee Earner James Barker, for his extensive knowledge regarding motorcycle vs car claims, from start to finish, I really cannot fault James, he was polite and friendly, and most importantly understanding, he pretty much walked me through everything I needed to do, and how the claim would pan out, he kept me consistently updated with the progress, via both emails and calls, and he always called when he said he was going to, which quite often doesn't happen with a lot of companies these days. I feel my case may have been unique, but 7 months after my accident everything is settled, and for me that was the most important thing, because I really didn't want to spend the next two years or so with the stress etc that comes with this kind of claim. His knowledge of similar case law and accidents, I definitely feel helped my claim reach a positive outcome, especially when the other sides insurance originally tried to place the blame on me, but here I am 7 months later having settled the claim in my favour for what I'd consider a substantial sum, all from the hard work James did. I hope to never have to need Minster Law's services again, but I wouldn't hesitate to contact James if I ever did. I genuinely appreciate all the help you provided James.
I have dealt with 3 people during the time of my claim and every time the service has been exemplary. All my queries have been answered in a timely manner and the answers were crystal clear. PREVIOUS 5 STAR REVIEW but only because Kenzie was a total legend (& that remains). I was quite stressed about the whole situation but she was professional, knowledgeable & also human throughout our call. Many thanks Kenzie…you made it easy. MY UPDATE SOME 3 WEEKS AFTER INITIAL REVIEW (bare in mind I was on a motorbike & a car pulled in front of me. The driver admitted absolute fault). Kenzie was on annual leave but reassured me someone would be a point of contact whilst she was off. No one bothered. Not her fault. Had to keep sending her evidence of injuries/appointment updates purely because I had no one else to update. Broken bones. Sprained tendon. Lots of lovely cuts/scrapes & new scars…& a whole heap of psychological impact from it to the point I have now given up biking (as well as shingles…surprisingly in the very area I landed on after a 12 foot flight). The initial 25% from my injury claim (which I am absolutely fine with) would go to Minster Law. Happy days. My claim is in early days…so nothing concrete…but…they then changed it to 35% without any explanation as to why…other than for ‘any missed appointments’ or ‘other things’. I haven’t had any missed appts. Physio rang me…don’t think I need that for a broken foot or a tendon strain in a hand. Kenzie (who has done her bit professionally throughout) has passed this to another ‘team’ to contact me with clarity on things. No one has bothered to call/email. I just think they’re stretching it out to try & keep me out of the cooling off period. Likely if I do go elsewhere they will suddenly have a ‘fee’ for their time & efforts? Minster Law: CALL ME. Good/bad reviews are based on customer experience.
I was put in contact with Mckenzie who was easy to talk to, understanding and generally made me feel better considering the situation. She helped me understand all questions that were asked and made me feel confident they would get the job done.
I was involved in a car accident on Saturday. My insurance company linked me to Minster Law and in fact I must admit that Mohammed has been very helpful to me, been patient explaining everything to me and taking me through the process. I really do like their service.
I find these to be well they use Thier own medical company to drive down your claim. I Google a honest lawyer it found one a pub in Scunthorpe. Your reply is rubbish and load of crap like the service you provide. Just get me paid out so I can put this bad experience to bed and hop never to see or use minster law ever again.
