Excellent and friendly service

After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.

Service was speedy and effortless

Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Do NOT USE THIS GUY .NO TV over XMas

Do NOT USE THIS GUY , Christmas Eve he was due to Install the TV at 10am , when he didn’t show the guy on phone said he’ll be here at 11am , then 3Pm , then 5 pm , only to ring at 5.30 saying stick on a big job .. Rude on phone . All arranged days before if he’d let us know I’d have used someone else .

Genuinely could not fault, worthy of 5 stars

Not sure where all the 1-star reviews are coming from, as we used this company today and they genuinely could not be faulted. I called them on Saturday 18th December on behalf of my elderly mum who has just come out of hospital. Returning home, she found her TV wouldn't tune to any channel. I suspected an aerial fault, and the engineers from Mike Harris Aerials turned up bang on time. The diagnosed a damaged masthead amplifier which was changed in less than half an hour, resulting in a fully working system again. The engineers could not have been more pleasant and even the call out fee was reasonable. Well deserved full five stars.

Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. Email response straight back to initial online request for a quote. Time and date arranged for the service engineer. Rang when they said they would in the morning to tell me an approximate time of arrival. Turned up when they said. Assessed the problem. Provided couple of options so I knew the costs involved, so even though I thought I needed an aerial, engineer suggest reconditioning the existing satellite dish and having a Freesat box, cheaper and quicker. Fixed there and then. All done within a hour. Very happy.

Terrible

Terrible, booked an appointment in advance, promised an engineer would text a time on the morning (they didn't). I chased it up and we were given a slot of 2pm-5pm. No one turned up or responded to messages or calls. Waste of a day off work and we travelled 90 miles to an elderly relative's house specially to get this done for Xmas.

We were having problems with our tv…

We were having problems with our tv system mainly the aerial and mast head booster. Ryan from Mike Harris Aerials came out and found our problem and successfully fitted a new aerial and masthead booster. This has fixed our problem and given us a better picture. During the process he gave us prices for everything that had to be done. We are very happy with his work and his friendly manner.

Had an ongoing issue with my sky dish…

Had an ongoing issue with my sky dish for five weeks! Mick Harris aerials arrived inside an hour in horrendous weather. The engineer couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and organised! Job completed in no time and problem solved! Wish I’d called a whole lot sooner.

My mother has just moved to Scotland…

My mother has just moved to Scotland and the aerial was not working. Mike Harris came same day and put up a new aerial, made sure all was working and was courteous at all times. Mum was very impressed with the service she got.

Installed wall mounted tv

Engineer James Delaney arrive to quote for wall mounting a tv. On arrival he introduced himself and said what he was here to do friendly chap The quote was with my budget and I decided that I would go with them. He installed it within reasonable time frame. Very knowledgeable and used his initiative. Would recommend this company and certainly have no hesitation in recommending James Delaney. Thanks

Three words! Professional, Knowledgeable and efficient!

Very pleased with the service we received. We had been having trouble with our tv pixilating for sometime and it was sorted out in no time at all by a profesional chap. I will have no problem about reccomendfing this company.
