Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Had Simon quote me for a new aerial
Had Simon quote me for a new aerial. Done there and then. Reasonable price. Pleasant guy. Shoe covers😊, which is a rarity. Would absolutely recommend. Update Had to message them back because of a problem I had. They called next day, Simon came round 9am next morning to rectify. Excellent service

I left a message early morning which was returned very quickly and I was promised someone would be with me before lunch. They were and were kind, fast and efficient and went above and beyond to help me get my TV's connected and working. Very impressed. Same day service, super helpful and exactly what I needed

Excellent service, Phoned this company
Phoned this company. Was promised a call back in a specified time slot. They called back as promised, came within the 2 hour slot given. Work carried out quickly and expertly by a really pleasant engineer. We examined the old equipment and it was clear the engineer was honest about it needing replacing. Time from original call to them and job completion,28 hrs. Brilliant!! Would recommend them.
