Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Prompt, excellent and friendly service
I was so pleased with this company. I had lost all TV signal. Within 10 minutes of my original call, an engineer phoned and arrived just 15 minutes later. He assessed the job and did the repair there and then. Within an hour of my call, I had full signal. He was very efficient and personable, highly recommended.

Great speedy and professional service
Called to book the installation and got it done that same day. Installer called in advance to say that he was ahead of schedule and could come earlier - really good communication. All prices explained upfront. Not cheap but you get a professional service. Job well done, very neat, all cables tied in loft space.

An excellent service all round from booking the job to the completion of the works. I used this company for my Mum's TV aerial. To book an Engineer was very easy and the company accommodated our availability. The Engineer contacted me as indicated at the time of booking and attended at my Mum's address as requested. The Engineer assessed what was required and got on with the job, completing it swiftly; he paid attention to our needs. I am very impressed with the service offered and the workmanship of the job. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend this company to anyone requiring this kind of service. I am, in short, very pleased! A 5* service.

Contact centre provided sufficient information, polite. Engineer was arranged to visit, turned up at property just over the hour, and received a courtesy call that he was on his way. Engineer provided prices and my options, he worked hard and efficiently to a high standard to complete job. He did say there might be a bit dust where I have been drilling, I wasn't fussy about that I was just glad to get the work completed what I asked for.

Great service from start to finish.
After experiencing other installation companies I wanted Mike Harris Aerial and Satellite Engineers to install a digital aerial. They turned up and did a fantastic job from start to finish. The engineer was polite and very helpful and did everything very professionally. Everything was left clean and tidy after the installation and we are very happy customers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to install any TV system.
