Excellent and friendly service

After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.

Service was speedy and effortless

Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

New aerial on roof

Had new aerial fitted today. Engineer bang on time. A really nice bloke. V friendly. Quote and price excellent. Would recommend this company

If you need a new set up quick - these folk will help..

All round great service. The fitter called the following morning asking if I was free at X time. He came in, checked my Ariel (the original was OLD and worn and the Ariel blown over in the gales) Gave me a price there and then, guess there's a set package - I agreed to it. The fitter was keen & enthusiastic, I pity him because it was COLD that day and up a ladder with the wind in the face didn't help! He brought down the old Ariel, and removed the old lead from inside the house. When he was finished, he made sure everything worked - ALL channels are at 100% quality. Filled out the paperwork, asked me to double check - which I always like. And made sure I received the email receipt and 3yr guarantee.

Fitting of new DTV Aerial.

Engineer was β€˜booked’ for AM appointment and phoned me around 9.20 am to let me know he was on his way and would be round in about 15 mins. He checked signal from aerial and it was very poor, he explained a new one was needed and explained the cost and the fitting fee. We are lucky we have β€˜loft’ access to roof via a window and he went up and fitted a new aerial and new cabling from roof to flat window. He fixed the TV co-ax cable to the wall for a very tidy job.

Exceptional service…

The service from start to finish was exceptional. I called up to have my aerial removed, they fitted me in the same day, the engineer gave me a courtesy call 45 mins before arrival. He then gave me a call and quote for the works upon arrival at my property, he then sent over photos showing he had removed the aerial as I requested. Amazing service from start to finish.

Very professional and expert engineer.

Very professional and expert engineer. Reasonable prices for parts and fitting. Quick and problem free installation. No problems with signal since visit. Replaced freeview aerial damaged in storm, and moved sky dish around side of property ready for extension work.

Aerial replacement

Steve replaced the defunct aerial after establishing that was the problem …. he then retuned the television. Steve explained the billing procedure and talked us through. He was polite, friendly and professional throughout his visit.

Excellent service

Called to say he was on his way and would be with us in 20 minutes. On arrival asked what problems we were having and got straight into the job. Explained what was causing the problem and then gave us options and prices to correct the matter. Once he had installed the new Arial he then made sure everything was working correctly and re tuned the sets for us. Steve was a pleasure to meet and he treated us with respect (we are late 70's ) he is a credit to your Company. Would certainly recommend , excellent service

Darren was very patient with me and…

Darren was very patient with me and explained how easy it was for me to use the freestat box. Having recently moved into the area and I had no signal. The best option was for a satellite dish to be installed. Which was done by Darren very quickly. He reassured me if I had any further problems not to hesitate to get in touch. I'm 75yrs old and not used to technology so thank you Darren.

Happy with service from Engineer

Happy with service from Engineer, however virtual talk with office to book appointment was hard work, I only wanted a rough estimate as to the approx cost of repair, ie satalitte dish was out of line due to high winds. Would not give an estimate, however when the engineer came, looked at job, he gave me a fixed price, 10/15 mins later the job was finished at the cost what I approx expected.

Electrician cut through aerial cable.

Electrician cut through aerial cable. Phoned your company and responded within 24hours. Aerial cable replaced as it was fitted behind the wall. Great job and the tradesman was very friendly and professional.
