Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Brilliant engineer! Company - poor communication!
Although the company responded to my initial enquiry promptly, their follow-up communication was non existent which was very frustrating! However, I must stress that when the engineer (Adam) became involved he was brilliant! He could not have been more helpful, polite or patient! The five stars are for him!

Excellent service
We had no reception on our TV but it was complicated by an old house with wires everywhere and a lot of construction work going on too. The engineer arrived about 2 hours after my initial phonecall and cheerily set about diagnosing the fault. He had it fixed and everything cleared away in about an hour. Clear TV picture, a 1 year warranty, and very happy customers.

Prompt response but pricy
These guys are expensive, but they turned up and did the job on the same day. After tying two local aerial installers who never got back, thought I would use these guys. Can’t fault the service at all, just the price but it was put up with a pixelated picture on the most channels or pay to get it sorted, I chose to pay. Guess you pay for the fact they do the job quickly when others don’t want to know.
