Excellent and friendly service

After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.

Service was speedy and effortless

Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Polite and experienced engineer.

The engineer called and gave a projected tine of arrival which was accurate. He was polite and experienced and fitted a new aerial with minimum fuss. He made sure that everything was working and that I was happy before leaving.

The engineer was very knowledgeable and…

The engineer was very knowledgeable and explained what was required and not required and how he was going to fit 2 co-axel cables which meant going into the loft to repair an existing cable built into the wall,he then removed old damaged cables and old airiels ,when complete he then tuned in the tv's and cleared up any waste, i would highly recommend Mike Harris Aerial & Satellite company thank you.

Bad reception on television

The engineer did a check and found that we required a new areal gave us two prices for different levels we picked the level and the engineer fitted it once finished he went round every television retuning the sets making sure all was fine very impressed

James (the engineer) was very polite…

James (the engineer) was very polite and explained the reason my aerial wasn’t working (it is very old) suggested a new one that can be fitted in the loft therefore wouldn’t get weather damaged. I agreed and have now a clear picture without the fuzziness. Thankyou James

Superb service and engineer!

Efficient, on time. Explained what was needed and gave price before commencing work. When complete tuned television and explained to my 92 year old mother what he’d done and how to select channels. Could not have done more for us. Richard Shardlow
