Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

The engineer arrived within the time…
The engineer arrived within the time slot we were given. The first thing he did was to put shoe covers on before he came into the house, which my wife really appreciated. He checked the signal coming in through the aerial and explained it was very week, and believed it was because of 5G signal. He then went onto the roof to check the cables. He took photos and then showed me how corroded they were. We then agreed to replace all the cables and fit a filter to block the 5G signals. His work was very neat and tidy, and he explained everything he was doing. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone who needed the same type of work done. My TV picture is better than it has been for a long time. Please thank Paul for all his help and advice.

As promised your engineer phoned to say that he was on his way, arrived on time. Listened to my story,tested aerial gave me a solution which I agreed to, did the work showed me the improvement. Very happy with the aerial connections
Very happy with the aerial connections. Reception is great. The engineer set the TV up and made sure everything was working. Nice chatty fella. If I had to pick something up it would be he needs to clean up as he goes. However, I did it after he had gone, didn't take long so no big deal. I would definitely recommend Mike Harris Aerial & Satellite.
