Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

I had just moved into the house and there was a bad reception on the t.v. phoned Mike Harris up and we had an engineer here inside 24 hours . he was very polite and went up the loft to were the t.v. Ariel was told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it we agreed the price was o.k. he went ahead and did the job now have the best reception I have ever had on the t.v. would highly recommend this companyb

Mike Harris aerials very OK for me.
Excellent service the engineer was very thorough able to identify the fault , carried out replacing booster on the rooftop aerial . Very pleasant manner explained everything clearly and insisted on shoe covers . Would certainly recommend him and also your service to anyone , thanks again Rod Slater.
