Excellent and friendly service
After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.
Service was speedy and effortless
Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Fantastic service
Great service I called to get booked in to have my aerial checked and was told I would get a call within the hour by an engineer from the company to arrange a visit. Got my call guy came on time got good price for the work and the work was done same day would highly recommend these guy. Great job!

Such a great service from this company
Such a great service from this company. They arranged for someone to come out the next day to give me a free quote to fix a leaking aerial (water coming in). The engineer called and gave me a time slot that he would arrive. He arrived on time, found out what the issue was, quoted me and when I agreed the price, he said he could do the work there and then. The work was completely swiftly. Extremely good service, very customer orientated. The company also called me on the morning of the work to ensure that the engineer had called with a time slot. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent job all round.
After phoning Mike Harris Aerial & Satellite an engineer called at our house within an hour. Great service all round, our engineer Colin Campbell did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, courteous and replaced our old aerial within 30 minutes. He then went through everything that he had done with us. I would certainly recommend this company.

The overall process was smooth and straightforward. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. He also helped us understand the best position for the TV to be mounted. He also cleaned up after the work was done. Appreciate the great experience. I will need another TV fitted soon, and I will be going with them.

Excellent and efficient service. Carlos was respectful to my property, knowledgeable and friendly. I have a new aerial with no mess and working perfectly.
