Excellent and friendly service

After my initial request for help Alma arrived 8.30 am next day. He very efficiently sorted out serious aerial/splitter problems for my bedroom tv. He gave me back my bedroom tv/pvr. An excellent and very quick and efficient service.

Service was speedy and effortless

Service was speedy and effortless. Called to make an enquiry about a TV Aerial removal at 9 in the morning, received a call around 10:30 from Alma (the engineer) to confirm time they will be at my property, and by 12 noon, work was complete. Neatly done, items taken away for disposal, and more importantly Alma was very professional and very accommodating as I was in a work meeting when he arrived. I highly recommend

Had an issue with payment and refund.

Had an issue with payment, called the customer service section, the agent Emma was extremely knowledgable, very friendly, showed empathy dealing with an OAP and resolved the problem for me. Would use the company again in the future.

Excellent work from he engineers

Excellent work from he engineers. Replaces the satellite dish, LNB & support bracket, which was very difficult to remove. All in all a very professional service & I would defiantly recommend.

Efficient & Knowledgeable

Came within 24 hours of first contact diagnosed and repaired the issue with the aerial box on the wall Replace box and all good A bit more expensive than I was expecting but they were able to accept card payment
