Switched from a basic brand to Miele and the difference is night and day. The washer has so many customizable options and the steam function is amazing for delicate items. Installation service was professional and thorough.
These machines have been running smoothly for over two years now. The wash quality is consistently good and they handle large loads well. My only complaint is that the cycle times are quite long, especially for the eco-friendly settings.
With four kids, these machines get heavy use daily and they handle it like champs. The large capacity means fewer loads, and the stain removal capabilities are impressive. The honeycomb drum design really does protect fabrics better than our old washer.
After years of dealing with cheap appliances that broke down constantly, I finally invested in a Miele washer and dryer set. The build quality is exceptional - everything feels solid and well-engineered. The wash cycles are incredibly thorough yet gentle on fabrics, and the dryer leaves clothes perfectly dry without over-heating. Yes, they're expensive upfront, but the reliability and performance make it worth every penny.
Initially hesitant about the cost, but these machines have exceeded expectations. Energy efficient, gentle on clothes, and built to last.
While the washer and dryer themselves perform well, I had issues with the delivery and setup process. The technicians were late and seemed rushed during installation. The machines work fine, but the overall service experience was below expectations for such a premium brand.
The washing quality is excellent and the machines are whisper quiet, which I love. However, the learning curve for all the different settings is steep, and I wish the user manual was more straightforward. The dryer takes longer than expected for full loads, but the clothes come out wrinkle-free.
The Miele washer and dryer combo works beautifully and my clothes have never been cleaner. However, the price point is definitely steep compared to other brands.
The machines work well and are clearly well-made, but I'm not convinced they're worth the premium over mid-range brands. The wash quality is good but not revolutionary. Expected more innovation for the price point.
The build quality is solid and washing performance is excellent. However, the dryer lint trap is a bit tricky to clean thoroughly, and some of the advanced features feel unnecessarily complicated. Overall satisfied with the purchase though.
These feel like commercial-grade machines built for home use. The attention to detail in the design and engineering is evident. Wash cycles are thorough, the dryer is gentle yet effective, and the overall user experience is premium. Installation team was knowledgeable and took time to explain all the features.
Finally have a washer and dryer that don't wake up the whole house when running late at night. The vibration control is fantastic and clothes come out beautifully clean.
