Absolute nightmare of a company Lady called Ann has no idea what day of the week it is never mind helping anyone! Their depot at Abbotswell deals with Yodel deliveries yet when you call they claim they know nothing! Rude and unwilling to help 2 nightmare companies together what more can you say! You should really just help customers than being aggressive and immature on the phone!
