Ordered something online they emailed me saying it was ready, I picked it up. Most websites do this nothing special really. It’s the job they choose to do. I don’t email my customers every time I drop off a loads of parcels to a delivery office.

Super helpful the delivery company didn't deliver my order I emailed mankind and they sent a new one out asoon as it was verified that I haven't received my order really helpful

Edit: Item accepted for return and refunded since I posted the review Product was clearly a previous return (bashed box sides, visible scratch marks on the headset and a faulty battery opening that has to be prised open!) Was a last minute gift for a child, who was excited to open and use it right away, so decided just to keep it. Won’t be ordering online again though!
