Faulty
Edit: Item accepted for return and refunded since I posted the review Product was clearly a previous return (bashed box sides, visible scratch marks on the headset and a faulty battery opening that has to be prised open!) Was a last minute gift for a child, who was excited to open and use it right away, so decided just to keep it. Won’t be ordering online again though!
