Order cancelled due to EVRI's incompetency, since item was out of stock, order was cancelled. Very disappointed

Placed an order for next day delivery. Parcel still not here 2 days later. Can’t tell me when the order will arrive, indicating it could take a week. Don’t order if you want your order on time! Customer service completely unhelpful and seemingly do not care.

I recently ordered a massage mat from this company,it arrived quickly and well packaged.I can’t comment on its usefulness as it is a gift for someone else but from ordering to delivery everything was spot on.

The item I bought didn't work properly. When you go to explain this the process of having a refund/ return doesn't allow you to explain why you want to return your item, which I find strange. We will be returning the item now that it has been approved.
