From ordering online to my products being delivered the whole process was easy to manage and within the timeframe given, would definitely use the website for ordering again or recommend.
Such a fun website full of amazing things, very easy to navigate around. Speedy and easy checkout process and I was thrilled to receive my packages beautifully wrapped and within a few days.

I find the Menkind website easy to navigate. It's my go-to website when looking for an unusual gift for someone. I recently bought an On The Move Back Massager. It arrived quickly and I'm so pleased with it that I'm going to buy another for a friend! All-on-all, I think Menkind offer a great selection of inspiring items and their service is excellent.

I was satisfied with the time and delivery but disappointed with the candle. It was much smaller than I expected and the fragrances were not as specified. I paid over £20 (on offer should have been over £40😂). It was a gift and I didn’t have time to return it. I have since seen fragranced candles twice the size for less than £10. Disappointed.
Easy enough to order online and staff were very helpful on my arrival at the Liverpool store when collecting my order.

Happy with what they did
No aftersales support for the RED5 Jet Fighter. Company's website looks good but my experience of 'Live Chat' was no more than 'window dressing'. I had a very polite conversation but got absolutely no help with my query. In the circumstances, I wrote to the company for help but two months' later have not had a response or even an acknowledgement. Anyway, have now managed to resolve things myself. Would love to have given 5 stars for service but sadly that wouldn't be right.
Its good, falls off sometimes, the charging badge on the middle peels when it shouldnt, slow charge. I ended up just using my original cable and ripped the wireless badge thing off the middle and using it a phone holder. Not worth £20 in my opinion.

Poor service, pre-ordered item waited over 2 months with push backs only to get an email saying they can’t fulfil the order
Pre-ordered something with them over 2 months ago and the day before the item is due to be released they have cancelled my pre-order as they do not have stock.
