Ordered on April 10th for next day delivery – still no item. Tracking shows it’s been sitting at the local depot since the 10th and hasn’t moved. Customer service has been unhelpful – all I’ve received are repeated messages thanking me for my patience, with no real solution offered. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and they refused to send a replacement via a different courier or issue a credit. I was told I need to wait seven working days with no tracking updates before they’ll consider it lost. But what if there’s one small update on the seventh day? Do I have to start waiting all over again? All I want is a credit so I can order a replacement elsewhere. Really disappointed – why are they still using this courier?

Employees are very nice and kind and helpful around finding stuff and see if they have stuff in stock or not.

Delivery was lost and took over a week to be delivered, this missed the birthday it was meant for, I was refunded the delivery fee but will not be using again as there delivery service is too unpredictable

Pokémon TCG is very popular at the minute. You had preorders for Prismatic go up on your website above RRP, which was eventually taken down. Turns out you proceeded to list all your stock on Amazon at well over RRP and more than double the price. When someone from our community reached out about this, your answer was that "It is common place for prices on third-party platforms such as Amazon to be higher due to the fees charged for listing on those sites" Are you serious? We know that, which is why you've backdoored all your stock for an unreasonable amount of profit. Mencanned - because I'm never shopping with you again.
