Always quick and easy delivery and always good quality products

I placed an order for click and collect and the product was fine, however, it was just handed to me without a bag or any protective wrap which is disappointing considering how much the product cost.

Delivered on time, ticked all the boxes ,good value for money.

Sadly not a good experience. Would give no stars if I could. Badly let down by Evri delivery service. Parcel due for delivery 27th May, still waiting now for update on tracking service that only shows 31st May "item in transit". This was a gift for my niece's 16th birthday on 3rd June so I allowed plenty of time. Feel like I've let her down on such a special birthday so NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND due to customer service & Evri giving me the run around and fobbing me off. I've opened a case with PayPal so hopefully I'll receive a full refund for a service they obviously can not fulfil 😡😟😢

It was a pleasant online shopping experience with Mankind. Got a fun last minute birthday gift to one of my close friends who's recently moved to the UK. It got shipped directly to his place in just 2 days and he loved it.

I ordered the logo photobooth block puzzle, this is tiny and you can bearly see the photos as they are so small and bleary. I should have checked the sizing but for the price and delivery charge I was expecting something bigger and much better. I definitely won't be buying from them again. I didn't get confirmation they had dispatched the goods either. Very very poor quality and service
