Sent phone on Saturday quick process got the notification the value will be kept money received by tuesday morning Will definitely use again

After having the quote for my phone trade downgraded by 2 other companies I had a great interaction with Meelie, who quickly confirmed the quoted value on receipt of the phone and paid the same day.

Sorted the tracking label out for me, I literally posted the phone on a Saturday they received the phone on the Tuesday and I was paid by 5pm Tuesday afternoon, excellent service and very helpful

What a bunch of scammers.sent my tablet to sell only to be told they couldn't buy it and I would have to pay to get it back. I've sent proof of ownership and that's not good enough. I've had to get the tablet blacklisted just so they cannot use or sell. Absolute scumbags. Yes i put it on the blacklist after I was told that the proof from ee wasnt good enough. SCAMMERS

I love my device and quick delivery

Sent my phone to them on the Wednesday morning, Was received Friday all checks done offered me lower then what i was expecting. Nothing in my account Friday even tho said by 5pm, Today is Monday was told be in my account by 5pm. Still nothing!?
